We walk the property, talk through how you want to use it, and give you a realistic budget range before anyone draws anything. Free, no obligation.
Step 02
Design
You see the space in 3D — layout, materials, lighting, equipment — and we adjust until it's right. Every selection is priced and locked in writing.
Step 03
Build
Permits pulled, schedule published, one project manager on your job. Progress updates and a clean site at the end of each phase.
Step 04
Reveal
We walk the finished project together, hand over equipment training and warranty paperwork, and don't close out until your list is empty.

It depends on size, materials and site access, and anyone who quotes you over the phone is guessing. On the first visit we give you an honest range for what you're describing — and tell you if your budget and your wish list don't line up yet.
Design and permitting usually runs a few weeks; construction depends on scope and weather. You get a written schedule with phase dates before we start, and updates when anything moves.
Yes — and it's usually cheaper and faster than running two contractors. Shared trades, one mobilization, one schedule, and the indoor and outdoor finishes get selected together so they actually match.
Across North Texas — the DFW Metroplex and east into Hunt County. If you're outside that, call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' comp coverage and pull permits on every job that needs one. Certificates are available on request before you sign anything.
