Home
remodeling.
Kitchens, baths, additions and whole-home renovations — run by the same team that builds the outside.
Inside the house
One crew.
One standard.
Remodels go sideways in the same places every time: selections that arrive late, scope that grows without a change order, and trades that don't show up in the right order. We manage all three — fixed scope in writing, selections locked before demo, and a published schedule you can hold us to.
You'll have one project manager and a clean site at the end of every phase. If something inside the walls surprises us, you hear it that day, with what it costs.

Remodel questions
Straight answers.
For a single kitchen or bath, usually yes — we'll set up dust containment and talk through what's offline and when. For whole-home work it's often easier and faster to move out for part of it.
You do, with help. We give you a selections list with allowances and deadlines so nothing stalls the schedule, and we'll steer you away from materials that don't hold up in the spot you want them.
You hear about it the same day, with photos and a price to fix it, and nothing proceeds until you approve the change order in writing.
Yes — room additions, garage conversions and structural work including wall removal. Those need engineering and permits, which we handle.
